Fireside Inn is offering us a discount on rooms if you’d like to stay for one or two nights. Call them 24/7 at (207) 774-5601 and tell them you are with FriendCon to receive a discount on your room!
- $75.00 for a Standard King Bedroom, $80 for a 2 Queens Courtyard View Room – rates before tax

- Admission Fee: FriendCon is Pay-What-You-Can with a suggested entry of $20 per day, or $30 for the weekend!
Who Can Attend
- All Ages Welcome. An adult must accompany participants under 16. While we love to see gamers of all ages, the typical crowd is 21+.
Play to Win
Not familiar? It’s simple:
- Stop by the Front Desk to check out a donated game.
- Play a session with friends (or with strangers—this is FriendCon, after all!).
- Add your name & contact info to the entry list.
- At the end of Sunday’s event, we’ll draw winners—and you might take home a brand-new game!
Kids Block
Sunday 10 am-1 pm
Accessible for ages 0-99+, this time slot is dedicated to all the fun for kids and families. We will reserve a place at the convention with plenty of titles for kids of all ages!

You will need to sign in or set up an account to create or rsvp to games. You can also reach out on Discord or email james@friendcon.me to schedule your game.

Q: Can I bring my own games?
A: Yes, this convention is open to free play. Feel free to show up with your game without submitting it. We have our site and spreadsheet where you can add your game if you want. This will give you more visibility for your game, and people can RSVP to it. You can also use Discord to chat with others to get players. You can submit games to the site or reach out on Discord or via email at james@friendcon.me to schedule your game.
Q: Do I need to bring games?
A: Nope! We’ll have plenty of games available, including a game library from Owlbear’s Rest! However, feel free to bring something you’re excited to share.
Q: Do I need to know how to play games?
A: Not at all! This event is open to all skill levels, and our friendly volunteers will be happy to teach you.
